Stephen Hill, MA, BM, BCH

Dr. Hill joined Bitterroot Bio as interim CEO as of February 1st, 2026. From 2015-2025, Dr. Hill served as Chief Executive Officer at Faraday Pharmaceuticals, leading its progress from research discovery through completion of a 2300 patient pivotal phase 3 clinical outcomes study in acute myocardial infarction. His career includes CEO roles at Targacept and ArQule, President of Solvay Pharmaceuticals until its acquisition by Abbott, and Global Head of Clinical Development at Roche Products. Trained as an orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Hill earned his bachelor’s and medical degrees from the University of Oxford.
