Sharon Crugnale, MS is the Vice President of Clinical Development Operations at Bitterroot Bio. Ms. Crugnale is a biopharmaceutical leader with more than 20 years of drug development and life-cycle management experience across multiple therapeutic areas. She brings broad strategic and operational experience ranging from PoC to approval and subsequent post approval life-cycle management. Prior to joining Bitterroot, Ms. Crugnale managed and mentored cross-functional project teams to successfully execute operational plans supporting medical plan strategies and led and contributed to global initiatives to improve R&D productivity. She was most recently Head of Clinical Operations at Sarepta Therapeutics, and prior to that, held leadership roles at Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals and Sanofi Genzyme and spent nearly a decade with the TIMI Cardiovascular Study Group at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. In her role, Ms. Crugnale provides strategic oversight and operational leadership for the successful delivery of clinical stage programs.

Ms. Crugnale holds a master’s degree in human performance from Bridgewater State University.
